Do you want to learn the basics of plant color dyeing and band weaving?
In this class you will learn how to use local plants to dye yarn in different colors, and to weave bands from the colored yarn.
The class is held by duojár Márjá Karlsen.
The class runs over three days, from Thursday July 11th until Saturday July 13th, from 11:00 to 14:00 each day.
- Day 1: Coloring of yarn
- Dag 2: Planning and preparing for the weave
- Dag 3: Weaving the band!
Advance sign-up and a 250 NOK course fee to cover material costs.
