Duel: Vibeke Larsen (Nkf) and Silje Karine Muotka (NSR) 

The major presidential race is between Nordkalottfolket (Nkf) and Norgga Sámiid riikasearvi (NSR) in this year's Sámi Parliament election. Who will claim victory: NSR with Silje Karine Muotka or the challenger Nkf with Vibeke Larsen? 

If Vibeke Larsen becomes president, how will she and the Sámi Parliament defend and fight for Indigenous rights? Should the Sámi Parliament have less influence, with more power given to the municipalities in Sámi matters? 

If Silje Karine Muotka continues, will the Sámi Parliament become a "protest parliament" that takes action and pursues legal cases? 

What will Sápmi look like in a few years if Muotka continues, or if Vibeke Larsen and Nkf take control of the Sámi Parliament?
