Matthew Wood, also known as Creeasian, is an Indigenous artist and educator from Goodfish lake first nations and now resides in amiskwaciwâskahikan treaty 6. He is a dancer, DJ, beatmaker, and producer, known for bridging hip-hop and Indigenous culture. Creeasian was the City of Edmonton's Indigenous Artist-in-Residence in 2021. He is also a founding member of the Sampler Cafe collective and has toured with the Juno Award-winning group The Halluci Nation (formerly A Tribe Called Red).
