Workshop: Niibeboagán/knife belt
Most people have knives lying around at home, but not many people have a separate belt to hang the knife on! Niibeboagán (knife belt) has a long tradition of use in Sápmi and is particularly common for use on walks in forest and fields and in reindeer fences. Although niibeboagán is a faithful companion on hikes, there is nothing to stop you from dressing up with it at a festival. In this course you will learn to make your own niibeboagán.
This course requires no prior knowledge. It will be possible to buy material packages on the course.
