Crystal Rose Demientieff Worl is Tlingit Athabascan from Raven moiety, Sockeye Clan, from the Raven House.  She is a child of a Thunderbird and from the Chilkat region in Southeast Alaska.  From her mother’s side, she is Deg Hit’an Athabascan from Fairbanks Alaska. Her paintings will explore the relationships and bonds between her people, the land, and the animals.

Part of The Twin lavvus will be painted by Crystal! Audience are welcome to join in for a chat and to paint themselves. "Art-in progress painted mural. Festival goers of all ages are welcome to contribute to the community mural project."

Presentation of the finished mural will take place on Saturday, July 14th at 18:30.
